The Castle of The Two Dragon Kings || Quake 1 Custom Map

Introduction:

Quake 1 is a first-person shooter made in 1996. The goal is too kill enemies, collect all 4 runes and kill the Shub-Niggurath.

Map Lore: 

Way back in ancient times, there were two dragon kings fighting over a barren land.

Kiel, the fire dragon king, and Eitan, the water dragon king.

Each king having unnaturally long lifespan cause their devastating, full of honor and dignity battle to continue for centuries. With each new encounter, the fire of passion inflamed, the rain of excitement poured harder and harder, the desire for a combat with a person considered equal grew.

Until one day, after tens of thousands of battles, standing one in front of the other, there was nothing but respect left in the eyes of the dragon kings. The warriors shook hands, with so much strength they created waves of air which marked the end of the war. A joined kingdom was created and the kings settled in. With no longer the need to fight, their lives lost meaning and both died in one last battle, without their dragons, one man against the other. It is said both dragons still sleep besides their bodies.

A witch, recognizing the lives these two kings led, put a spell on their army, making it undead, forever to roam in the castle and keep its secrets.
